Returns

If you wish to return an item, please email us to obtain a returns number , this will be provided via email within 48 hours of your request.   All goods must be in their original and re-saleable condition and with the original packaging and returned within 14 days of receipt.   Upon receipt of the goods we will refund the total goods amount , via the original payment method, within 7 days.  We are not responsible for the postage cost to return the item to us.  We recommend all returns are sent via a tracked/signed for service as will not be responsible for non-receipt.

All Custom items are exempt from the return policy.

We will not process any item returned without a returns number.
